Take a step toward sustainability

Traditional hotel slippers have rubber soles… rubber soles that are sent directly to landfill after the guest has worn them once or twice.

In an effort to assist hotels in lessening the size of their environmental footprint, we’re now offering the world’s first 100% plant-based, fully biodegradable, compostable and organic slippers.

Designed in France and produced in Portugal, these innovative new slippers are made from 100% plant-based material, mostly sustainable bamboo. Unlike other plants grown for commercial use, bamboo does not require any fertiliser, pesticides or herbicides, and it absorbs huge amounts of carbon dioxide that it then converts into oxygen.

Wonderfully light and comfortable, the slippers feature 100% bio-sourced foam, a non-slip printed sole and are completely free of plastic and rubber. Offered in natural white with a plain trim, each pair of slippers is packaged in a fully biodegradable and customisable craft paper bag. After use, the slipper and craft paper bag become waste and are sent to landfill. Once underground, they soften naturally, and in just 90 days become compost.

We currently stock closed and open toe slippers. Please contact us today to request pricing and samples.
